New Amrita SeRVe Education Centre Open

A brand new Amrita SeRVe Education Centre at Koviloor village of Vattavada, Idukki district in Kerala, was inaugurated on 1st August 2023. Shri L. Lal Prasad, the director of JSS in Idukki opened the new centre for children to learn.
The inaugural ceremony started with lighting the lamp in front of Amma’s picture and reciting Dhyana Shloka. The first 24 students have enrolled from 2nd to 12th standards.
The teacher Nithya M is a BSc Maths (Computer Application) graduate. Classes are held from 4pm to 6pm on working days. Ten computers have also been made available to the students.
The Amrita SeRVe Education Centre serves at the premises of Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission.
